How to Apply For This

  1. First you Fill CSC online application form
  2. After filling CSC form you must fill HUST online university portal application form
  3. upload all required documents
  4. No need to send hard copies
  5. 600 RMB Application Fee (After submitting HUST university portal then they give you Bank detail to Deposit fee) Applicants shall pay the application fee of 600 CNY/100 USD in 15 days upon completing online application successfully by:
    √ Chinese bank card (China UnionPay)
    √ Alipay
    √ Wechat Pay
    √ International bank card (VISA/Master)
  6. After filling both online forms then wait for the result check your portal status daily
  7. Result will be announced at the end of June or early July

  3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
  4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
  5. Study plan or Research Plan
  6. Personal Statement
  7. CV
  8. Two Recommendation Letters
  9. Passport Copy
  10. Upload original Physical Examination Form Click here to Download
  11. Certificate of No Criminal Record (Police clearance Certificates)
  12. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
  13. Acceptance letter (it’s optional)
