1. CSC Online Application Form (For B category agency number is 10730 )
2. Lanzhou University online application Portal
3. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. A Study or Research Proposal  (no less 800 words)
6. A copy of the study results. Abstracts or catalogues of published papers, award certificates, etc. to prove your academic achievements and research capabilities (if you have)
7. Two Recommendation Letters
8. Passport Copy
9. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
10. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
11. Acceptance letter (its optional)
