3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. A Study Plan (not less then 800 words)
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy with Visa page
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
