Required Documents List

 

1. First You Fill Shanghai Government Scholarship Online application Form
2. ECUST online application Form (All applicants （self-sponsored or scholarship） are requested to submit an application as Self-sponsored. Each applicant applies only once, please do not make duplicate applications)
3. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. A Study Plan or Research Proposal ( This should be a minimum of 800 words)
6. Two Recommendation Letters. Applicants for the graduate programs must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors or associate professors. Recommendation Letters should be issued after 1st September 2021 and contain the following information: title, institute, contact information, email, and signature of the recommender.
7. Other supporting documents (For Example published papers, awards & certificates)
8.  Photocopy of applicant’s passport information page
9. Physical Examination Form
10. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not  Mandatory)
11. Acceptance Letter (If obtained). For those who have not received the acceptance letter from the supervisor, CIE will contact the appropriate school to arrange.
12. Upload and attach Fee Receipt with documents
