1. First Fill Chang’an University portal
2. 600 RMB application FEE (After Passing the Initial Review, You need to Pay the Application Fee)
3. The result will be announced at the end of July
4. No Need to Send Hard Copies

Required Documents List

1. Chang’an University online application form
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide a Hope Certificate
3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. A study or research plan in Chinese or in English (no less than 500 words; students applying for Chinese-medium programs must write in Chinese, and students applying for English Medium Programs must write in English) 
5. Two Recommendation Letters 
6. Passport Copy
7. Physical Examination Form  
8. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory) 
9. A Conditional Acceptance Letter of CHANG’AN UNIVERSITY from the supervisor for Master’s and Doctor’s degree programs Click Here to download the Acceptance letter format.
10. Can submit: academic achievements, award certificates for various cultural and sports activities
11. Police Clearance Certificate (No Criminal Certificate Record)
