Application Deadline: This year’s application will be carried out in two batches. The first batch of application period is from November 1 to December 30, 2023, and the second batch of application period is from February 20 to April 30, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria For Students

2. Age limits for Bachelors 18-25, For Masters 35, and For Ph.D. 40 Years
3. You can apply with an English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not mandatory)

- After Filling CSC form must fill Chang’an University portal
- 600 RMB application FEE (After Passing the Initial Review, You need to Pay the Application Fee)
- The result will be announced at the end of July
- No Need to Send Hard Copies

Required Documents List
- CSC Online Application Form (Agency no for B category 10710)
- Chang’an University online application form
- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide a Hope Certificate
- Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- A study or research plan in Chinese or in English (no less than 500 words; students applying for Chinese-medium programs must write in Chinese, and students applying for English Medium Programs must write in English)
- Two Recommendation Letters
- Passport Copy
- Physical Examination Form
- English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
- A Conditional Acceptance Letter of CHANG’AN UNIVERSITY from the supervisor for Master’s and Doctor’s degree programs Click Here to download the Acceptance letter format.
- Can submit: academic achievements, award certificates for various cultural and sports activities
- Police Clearance Certificate (No Criminal Certificate Record)
- According to the requirement of the China Scholarship Council, applicants who apply for Chinese-Medium Bachelor Programs MUST submit HSK 3 transcripts(180 points and above); Applicants who apply for Chinese-Medium Master/Doctor Programs MUST submit HSK 4 transcripts(180 points and above). Those whose Chinese language proficiency meets the CSC requirement but does not reach our university will be provided with a one-year Chinese language class as the remediation. The fee will be covered by the scholarship.
