3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education
5. Study Plan or Research Proposal
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy (Valid until March 30th 2021)
8. Physical Examination Form
9. English Proficiency Certificate
10. Non Criminal Certificate Record (Police Clearance Certificate)
11. HSK Certificate (if available)
12. Other Supporting Documents
