1. CSC Online Application Form with two original photos (agency number 10246)
2. Fudan University Form fill Click Here to fill the form. (choose self-support as the fund resources)
3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
4. Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. A Study or Research Plan (no less than 800 words)
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
10. Personal Statement
11. Non-criminal Record
12. Proof of Financial Capacity or the Statement of Financial Support for International
