   Note: From January 18 to February 28, 2022, is HEU winter vacation, all the applicants are not suggested to post the paper application documents during this period
5. No Application Fee
6. After Sending All documents Check your status daily
7. Harbin Engineering University CSC Scholarship Results will be announced at the end of June or early July

3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
4. Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Study plan or Research Plan (no less than 800 words) download sample
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form
9. Certificate of No Criminal Record (Police clearance Certificates)
10. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
11. Acceptance letter (it’s optional)
