Must be Pakistani/AJK national.

Must be in good health.

Applicants with incomplete degrees on last date cannot apply.

Undergraduate: Intermediate/A-Level/FA/FSc, age < 25.

Masters: 16-year bachelor degree, age < 35.

PhD: MS/MPhil, age < 40.

Must meet CSC & university academic requirements.

Cannot hold any other scholarship simultaneously.

HAT or USAT test is mandatory:

USAT: Valid score ≥ 50/100 (after Jan 06, 2025).

HAT: Valid score ≥ 50/100 (after Jan 06, 2024).

Upcoming test on 07 December 2025 is acceptable.

Important Notes (Updated)

Applicants for professional degrees (MBBS, Pharmacy, Engineering, Law, Architecture, Nursing, Veterinary, etc.) must confirm accreditation with respective councils (PMDC, PEC, PVMC, PNC, PCATP, PBC etc.).

Medical applicants must follow PMDC public notices (Sep 8 & Oct 22, 2025).
