- Fill Hohai University Online application Form (Choose self-sponsored and Please write the IAHR-Hohai Collaborative Committee as the guarantor in China)
- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
- Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- The most recent visa or residence permit in China
- A personal statement including your personal experience, any professional background and proposed research area in 400-800 words.
- Two Recommendation Letters
- Passport Copy (which should be valid at least until August 30, 2021)
- Physical Examination Form (Health report, template attached)
- English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
