1. CSC Online Application Form   (Agency no for B category 10052)
2. Fill the university online application form
3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5.  A Study Plan or Research Proposal in Chinese or English. Doctoral students should write at least 1500 words,Master’s students should write at least 1000 words. the proposal of a doctoral student shall be signed by the applicant’s Chinese supervisor
6. Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors for Doctoral students. Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors for Master’s students.
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
10. Music majors must submit their own CDs; art majors students must provide 2 sketches, 2 color paintings, and 2 other works
11. Supervisor Acceptance Letter (If any)
