- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate

Q1: Can I submit only one system? No. For Type B applications both CGSIS and NJUST online application must be submitted and the information/documentation must be identical.
Q2: Can I apply to multiple universities under Type B? Usually, you can only designate one university for Type B in a single application cycle. Please confirm your choice before submission.
Q3: Is a supervisor’s acceptance/pre-admission letter mandatory? It is strongly recommended. Applications without such a letter are typically not advanced to final admission. Applicants are encouraged to contact their intended supervisor early to secure this document.
Q4: Can the language certificate be submitted later? Submission of a valid language certificate is normally required at the time of application; please refer to the school’s specific requirements.
Q5: How should I manage validity of health and no-criminal documents? Such documents should generally be issued within the last six months and prior to the internal review deadline to remain valid for admission and visa procedure.
Q6: What if I am not awarded the CSC scholarship? Applicants who are not awarded the CSC scholarship may subject to meeting the university’s internal criteria, apply for the “NJUST Lanshan Scholarship” under NJUST policy.
