Required Documents for China Study VISA

  2. Two White Background Photos
  3. Original Passport with one photocopy (either black and white or colored). Ensure the photocopy is on a full A4 page.
  4. Passport Second Signature Page: Sign the second page of your passport if you have not done and make a photo copy.
  5. JW 201/202 Visa Form (original and one photocopy). If you have been admitted to a Chinese university, you can download your JW Visa Form from this website.
  6. Admission Notice (original). If received in hard form, make photo copy of that original &  If received via email, print the scanned admission notice and submit that.
  7. Police Clearance Certificate (MOFA verified original). Submit the original if demanded; otherwise, submit a photocopy. If you have traveled to China in the last five years, there is no need for a Police Clearance Certificate.
  8. Degree or Provisional Certificate (Bachelor’s degree onward, MOFA + HEC verified). Submit a photocopy of your degree/provisional certificate. Bring the original documents to Gerry’s office. If your previous degree is from China, there is no need to verify it from MOFA & HEC.
  9. Transcripts (Bachelor’s degree onward, MOFA + HEC verified). Submit a photocopy of your transcripts. Bring the original documents to Gerry’s office. Bring the original documents to Gerry’s office. If your previous degree is from China, there is no need to verify it from MOFA & HEC.
  10. Matric & Intermediate Certificates (Sanad, IBCC verified). Submit a photocopy of your Matric & Intermediate original documents. Bring the original documents to Gerry’s office.
  11. Bank Statement with the branch manager’s signature and stamp on the first and last pages of the bank statement. Ensure your bank account statement is older than six months. If you do not meet this requirement, obtain a Maintenance Certificate from the bank, signed and stamped by the branch manager. If you do not have a personal bank account, you can use a bank statement from a blood relative. No, need to verify bank statement from MOFA.   12. Family Registration Certificate (FRC). If you are using a bank statement from a blood relative, obtain a Family Registration Certificate from the NADRA Office. Ensure the FRC is verified by MOFA.
  13. Affidavit: If you are using a bank statement from any blood relative, provide an affidavit to confirm the relationship. (No need to verify Affidavit from MOFA).
  14. Focal Person Details: Write the name, email, and phone number of your focal person (advisor dealing with international students or your professor who provided the acceptance letter) write this information on any blank page.
