3. Upload all required Documents
4. Send all documents to University mailing address
5. 500 RMB Application Fee

1. Fill shanghai government Scholarship Application form
2. After filling Shanghai Government Scholarship form Must fill Shanghai Sports University Online Application Form
3. Copy Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4. Copy of Transcripts Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Study plan
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory) For Chinese Taught  Program you Provide HSK Certificate.
10. Acceptance letter (its optional)
