Required Documents List

1. Fill Soochow University Online application Form and Sign After Downloading the Form
   
2.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4. Passport Copy
5. Study and research plan in China (not less than 800 words in Chinese or English) 
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Physical Examination Form  
8. English Proficiency Certificate  
9. No Criminal Certificate Record
10. Acceptance letter. Applicant who applies for Doctor Program must provide it. Applicant who apples for Master Program is suggested to provide it. The acceptance letter must be signed by the supervisor and seal by the authorities of corresponding school.
11. Letter of financial guarantee. The proof of income of the guarantor, and the proof of saving (at least 5000 USD) of the guarantor.
12. Other Supporting documents (Other supporting materials (mentor acceptance letter, award certificate, published papers, etc)
