3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. A Study or Research plan (No less than 800 words)
5. Two Recommendation Letters
6. Passport Copy
7. Physical Examination Form
8. No Criminal Record Certificate (Police Clearance Certificate)
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
10. HSK certificate (optional)
