6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. Papers or Articles Published or to be Published
10. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory) For Chinese Taught  Program you Provide HSK Certificate if available.
