1. CSC Online Application Form (agency number is 10008 For B Category ) please sign when you print out the CSC application form
2. online application form of USTB
3. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Study plan: Written in Chinese or English, with a minimum of 1,000 words. For doctoral program applicants, the study plan must be signed by the supervisor who will accept the applicant.
6. Personal Statement ( This should be above 1000 words for master, and above 1500 words for a doctorate. If required) Click Here to Download Sample
