Eligibility Criteria For Students

1. All International Students can apply
2. The age limit for a master’s is 35, and for a Ph.D. 40 Years
3.  You can apply with an English Proficiency Certificate

How to Apply For This

1. Fill out the XJTU online university portal application form
2. upload all required documents
3. No need to send hard copies
4. 800 RMB Application Fee. After you submit the XJTU university portal, they give you the Bank details for the Deposit fee. (The fee will be paid after passing the initial review.)
   
5. After filling out both online forms and then waiting for the result, check your portal status daily
6. The result will be announced at the end of June or early July

Required Documents List

1. XJTU University Online Application Form
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student, then provide a Hope Certificate
3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. Study plan or Research Plan (800 for masters and 1500 words for Ph.D. Students) Click Here to Download the Study Plan sample  (5: Template of  study plan for doctoral applicants) ( Note: This study plan format is only for Ph.D. candidates)
   
5. Two original recommendation letters were written by professors or associate professors. If applicants have already received provisional acceptance from professors at XJTU. Please provide a Xi’an Jiaotong University Recommendation Letter from a Potential Supervisor as one of the two recommendation letters. Click here to download
6. Passport Copy
7. Upload original Physical Examination Form with Blood Test reports
8. Certificate of No Criminal Record (Police Clearance Certificates)
9. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
10. Acceptance letter (it’s optional)
