Required Documents List

All Documents Send in duplicate (2 sets of hard copes) Documents (Send documents when university mail you or when lock down situation is removed then send to university)

1. You should register at the CSC Online Application System for International Students and submit application information. Must sign on csc online application form after submitting  (Agency no for B category 10184)
2. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
5. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
6. Study Or Research Plan (no less then 800 Words)
7. Passport Copy
8. A CD of your own works (required for arts students only)
9. 8 photos Required ( 3.5cm * 5.3cm) white background
10. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
