3. Highest Degree (Notarized Copy)
4. Transcript of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Personal Statement and Study Plan or Research Proposal (for PhD)
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
