Required Documents List

- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
- Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- A Study Plan or Research Proposal
- Two Recommendation Letters (ONLY 2021 and 2022 letters are accepted)
- Passport Copy with Visa page
- A CD of your own works (only required for arts students）
- Pay Registration Fee: International students need to pay a registration fee of CNY400 (non-refundable) online within 3 days after passing the preliminary review
- Physical Examination Form Photocopy
- English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
- A photocopy of the ID of the applicant’s emergency contact upload on the SWJTU online application portal
- other supporting documents like achievements record certificates etc (it’s optional)
