Required Documents for Yanshan University CSC Scholarship 2024

 

1. CSC Online Application Form   (Agency no for B category 10216)
2. Fill out the university online application form
3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide a Hope Certificate
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. A Chinese / English study plan ( more than 1,000 words) should be submitted. Doctoral candidates must be signed by their Chinese supervisor. The study plan can only be written in Chinese or English.
6. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
10. Instructor acceptance letter (if any). The acceptance letter needs to include information about the Chinese university supervisor and a description of the applicant’s study/research work in China.
11. Music majors must submit their own CDs; art majors students must provide 2 sketches, 2 color paintings, and 2 other works
