- First, you Fill out the CSC online application form
- Second Fill Out the ZJU University Online Application Form
- Upload all required Documents
- 800 RMB Application Fee (Application fee and tuition fee should be paid in the online application system. If one fails to make the online payment, then one MUST pay the fee to the University’s Bank Account (Link). Please mark application number and name when remitting, and upload the remittance letter to the System.)
- No need to Send Hard Copies

Required Documents List
- CSC Online Application Form (Zhejiang University Agency Number for B Category 10335)
- Paste a passport-size photo with a white background the size of (35mm×45mm)
- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide a Hope Certificate
- Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- Personal statement, in Chinese or English, should include study and work experience, reasons for application, and study proposal. No less than 1500 words.
- Published academic papers (if available)
- Two Recommendation Letters
- Passport Copy
- Physical Examination Form
- Applicants should meet with Language Proficiency Requirements of Master’s and Doctoral Degree Programs at Zhejiang University for International Applicants (Download).
- 2025 Version of Form for Provisional Acceptance of International Student by ZJU supervisor. Click Here to Download (this form is compulsory for all the scholarship applicants)
- Commitments for Zhejiang University Master Application (Download) The PDF version of the Commitments must be clearly and completely filled out and hand-signed. Applications without the Commitments will not be accepted.
