Note: Must print the CSC application form after filling and signing it and then upload it on the CQUPT online portal.

1. CSC Online Application Form. After print sign and uploading on the CQUPT online form (agency number is 10718 For B Category )
2. Fill out the CQUPT University Online Application Form
3. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4. Copies of Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Research Proposal Including research title, introduction with a research question, literature review, methodology, reference, etc; must be in Chinese or English; for master candidates: no less than 1000 words; for doctoral students: no less than 1500 words)
6. Study Plan (Including purpose of study and plan during graduate study and after graduation)
7. Two Recommendation Letters
8. Passport Copy
9. 2 Passport Size Photos
10. Non-criminal record ( means Police Clearance Certificate)
11. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
12. Papers or Articles Published or to be Published
13. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory) For Chinese Taught  Program you Provide HSK Certificate if available.
14. Acceptance letter (it’s optional)
15. Curriculum Vitae(CV).Including personal information, educational background, research interest, research experience, papers and publishers, honors and certificates, etc.
