1. CSC Online Application Form (Zhejiang Normal University CSC ScholarshipAgency Number 10345 )
2. Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4.  A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words; the proposal of a doctoral student shall be signed by the applicant’s Chinese supervisor;
5. Physical Examination Form
6. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors
   
7. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory) (
8. HSK Certificate for Chinese Taught Program
9. Applicants for doctoral studies need to obtain an acceptance letter from their supervisor.
