2. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
3. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. A Study plan or Research Proposal  (no less 800 words)
5. Two Recommendation Letters
6. Valid passport photocopy (TWO copies)
7. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
8. English Proficiency Certificate or HSK Certificate (optional)
9. other documents like (CUG professor acceptance letter,award certificates etc.)
