Admissions are open for the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) CSC Scholarship 2027-2028 under the Chinese Government Scholarship High-Level Postgraduate Program. International students can apply for Master’s and Ph.D. degree programs in China with a fully funded scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria for Students

1. All applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and in good physical and mental health.
2. Applicants for Master’s degree must have a Bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
3. Applicants for Ph.D. degree must have a Master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
4. For Chinese-taught programs, applicants must have HSK 5 or above.
5. For English-taught programs, applicants must have IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 86 or above.

How to Apply For This

1. First, fill out the Chinese Government Scholarship online application form on CSC portal.
2. Select Type B and enter Agency Number 10036.
3. After completing the CSC form, download the Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form.
4. Send the CSC application form and all required documents by email to: uibescholarship@163.com
5. Email subject should be: UIBE+Type B
6. The university will review documents and may arrange an interview.
7. If selected, you will receive a pre-admission notice by email, which must be uploaded to the CSC system within the given time.

Note: No hard copies are required at the application stage.
All files should be clear color scanned PDF files.

3. Notarized highest degree certificate
4. Academic transcripts (from undergraduate onward)
5. Proof of language proficiency
6. Study and Research Plan in China (minimum 1000 words)
7. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors
8. Other supporting documents (published papers, research achievements, awards, etc.)
9. Foreigner Physical Examination Form
10. Certificate of No Criminal Record
