1. CSC Online Application Form   (Agency no for B category 10426)
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. Study Plan or Research Proposal (Not Less then 800)
5. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors
6. Passport Copy
7. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
8. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
9. Photocopies of New HSK score report (Applicants for Master’s degree and Doctoral degree programs in Liberal Arts, Economics and Management, and Arts are required to have New HSK (Level5), and applicants for Master’s degree and Doctoral degree programs in Science and Technology are required to have New HSK (Level 4 or above).
