2. The award letter or sponsorship statement/application (for this contact with the university)
3. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
6. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
7. Study Or Research Plan
8. Personal Statement. In personal statement include application reasons, family financial condition, education and work experience, personal award and specialty etc. (at least 1500 words)
9. Passport Copy
10. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
