3. Passport Copy with
4. Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
6. Study Plan Or Research Proposal (Minimum of  800 words)
7. Applicants for art Students Submit ad CD of their own works
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
10. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
11. HSK Certificate for Chinese taught Program (if available)
