1. You should register at the CSC Online Application System for International Students and submit application information.  (Agency no for B category 10034)
2. Fill Central University of Finance and Economics university online application Form
3. Passport Copy
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
6. Personal Statement For Masters Students
7. Both Personal Statement and Research Proposal for PHD Students
8. Physical Examination Form
9. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
10. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
11. HSK Certificate for Chinese taught Program
12. Award Certificate and Other Supporting Documents

no need to send hard copies due to current situation (they ask to send you documents when condition become suitable but now they not demand any hard copies)
