1. CSC Online Application Form (Zhejiang University Agency Number for B Category 10335)
2. Paste passport size photo with white background with size of (35mm×45mm)
3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5.  Personal statement should include study and work experience , reasons for application and study proposal. Minimum of 1500 words.
6.  Published academic papers (if available)
7. Two Recommendation Letters
8. Passport Copy
9. Physical Examination Form
   
10. Scholarship Applicants are strongly encouraged to provide GRE,NTS-GAT test scores
