• Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) or Hope Certificate if still studying

• Academic Transcripts of the highest degree (Notarized)

• Study Plan or Research Proposal (Minimum 800 words)

• Two Recommendation Letters (from Professors or Associate Professors only)

• Passport Copy (valid for at least 1 year)

• Physical Examination Form (Photocopy)

• English Proficiency Certificate

• Certificate of No Criminal Record

• Acceptance Letter from a supervisor (optional, but recommended)

• Portfolio (CD/USB) – Required only for art/design students
