Required Documents List

1. First Fill University Online Application Form
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide a Hope Certificate
3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. Study Plan or Research Proposal (Not Less than 800 words)
5. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
6. Passport Copy
7. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
8. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
9. Acceptance letter (Compulsory for Doctoral Program Applicants, Master’s Program Applicants of Medical and Economic & Management Majors)) Click Here to Download the acceptance letter format
