1. First, you Fill CSC online application form
2. After filling CSC form you must fill SWJTU University portal online application form
3. No Need To Send Hard Copies
4. When you fill out both online forms then wait for the final result check your status on SWJTU online portal Daily
5. No. Application Fee ( After the Preliminary Examination is  approved, you need to pay a 400 RMB Application Fee)

Required Documents List

1. CSC Online Application Form (Agency Number 10613 )
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words.
5. Two Recommendation Letters （Only recommendation letters issued in 2024 and 2025 are accepted）
6. Passport Copy with Visa page
7. A CD of your own works (only required for arts students）
