Required Documents List

All these documents are required to be uploaded on the SWJTU Online Application Portal

1. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
2.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
3. A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more
   than 1,000 characters or words.
4. Two Recommendation Letters  
5. Passport Copy with Visa page
6. A CD of your works (only required for arts students）
7. Pay Registration Fee: International students need to pay a registration fee of CNY400 (non-refundable) online within 3 days after passing the preliminary review
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
10. A photocopy of the ID of the applicant’s emergency contact upload on the SWJTU online application portal
11. other supporting documents like achievements record certificates etc (it’s optional)
