1. CSC Online Application Form   (Agency no for B category 10216)
2. Log in to the “Yanshan University International Student Online Application System” (https://admission.ysu.edu.cn/), register an account online, apply for the “Materials Science” or “Materials Physics and Chemistry” major (taught in English, master’s or doctoral students), select “Chinese Government Scholarship-Independent Enrollment of Colleges and Universities-Silk Road Project” as the scholarship type, fill in the application, submit the application, and upload the “Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form”
3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide a Hope Certificate
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. A Chinese / English study plan ( more than 1,000 words)
6. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
